What Happened?
A fire broke out in the Premium lobby area of the resort. It was quickly contained and has since been fully extinguished. The fire affected only specific areas:
- The main check-in area (Palapa)
- The Mikado à la carte and buffet restaurants
All other areas of the hotel remain completely unaffected.
What Changes Should Guests Expect?
- Check-in for arrivals today has been temporarily relocated to an alternative lobby within the resort complex.
- Dining services for this evening are being accommodated at the neighbouring Bahia Principe Akumal and Bahia Principe Tulum hotels.
